Shipping - Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

Ebooks are delivered electronically and have no shipping cost or shipping time. After your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link via email.

If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file, etc.), contact us at ireland@irelandlorelei.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

All Orders Are Print On Demand Items

That means it needs to be printed before it can be shipped to you. This is print-on-demand fulfillment and takes significantly longer.

Total estimated timeframe: 6–8 weeks from the date of your order. This accounts for:
1. Printing and production time
2. Shipping from the printer to you via UPS Ground

We will notify you by email when your order has shipped and provide tracking information at that time.

Please do not order physical items if you need them by a specific date. We cannot guarantee delivery windows for print-to-order items beyond the 6–8 week estimate.

Order Issues and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the processing window for your item type, contact us at ireland@irelandlorelei.com with your order number.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ireland Lorelei is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges - All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchase, digital or physical.
